ADUM1300ARW-RL

ADUM1300ARW-RL-isolatorn tillhandahåller tre separata isolerade kanaler med flera kanalkonfigurationer och datahastigheter. The ADUM1300ARW-RL is a state-of-the-art digital isolator that enables secure bidirectional communication between circuits with different voltage levels (3V and 5V). Operating at temperatures up to 125°C, it offers a high data rate of up to 90 Mbps, precise timing, minimal distortion, and excellent immunity to common-mode transients (>25 kV/μs). Förpackad i ett kompakt 16-lead SOIC wide body-paket är det ett idealiskt val för applikationer som kräver robust och pålitlig digital isolering.

ALLMÄN BESKRIVNING:

ADuM1300/ADuM1301¹är trippelkanaliga digitala isolatorer baserade på Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler®-teknik. Genom att kombinera höghastighets-CMOS och monolitisk transformatorteknologi ger dessa isoleringskomponenter enastående prestandaegenskaper överlägsna alternativ, såsom optokopplare.

Genom att undvika användningen av lysdioder och fotodioder tar iCoupler-enheter bort de designsvårigheter som vanligtvis förknippas med optokopplare. De typiska optokopplarproblemen angående osäkra strömöverföringsförhållanden, icke-linjära överföringsfunktioner och temperatur- och livstidseffekter elimineras med de enkla iCoupler digitala gränssnitten och stabila prestandaegenskaper. Behovet av externa drivrutiner och andra diskreta komponenter elimineras med dessa iCoupler-produkter. Dessutom förbrukar iCoupler-enheter en tiondel till en sjättedel av effekten hos optokopplare vid jämförbara signaldatahastigheter.

ADuM1300/ADuM1301-isolatorerna tillhandahåller tre oberoende isoleringskanaler i en mängd olika kanalkonfigurationer och datahastigheter (se beställningsguiden). Båda modellerna arbetar med matningsspänning på båda sidor från 2,7 V till 5,5 V, vilket ger kompatibilitet med lägre spänningssystem samt möjliggör en spänningsöversättningsfunktion över isoleringsbarriären. Dessutom ger ADuM1300/ADuM1301 låg pulsbreddsdistorsion (<2ns for CRW grade) and tight channel-to-channel matching (<2ns for CRW grade). Unlike other optocoupler alternatives, the ADuM1300/ADuM1301 isolators have a patented refresh feature that ensures dc correctness in the absence of input logic transitions and when power is not applied to one of the supplies.
